Southwest Ohio was wet in July. Reily got about five inches, depending on where it was measured, but some areas in the general region got much more than that. There were near daily threats of rain, especially early in the month. This precipitous weather continued June's relative wetness.
Rain was a little less frequent later in the month, but there was ample heat and humidity to make things somewhat unpleasant.
