Winter held its icy grip on Southwest Ohio through March, 2018. Temperatures warmed only marginally during the month - there were no days where 60F was reached in Reily, Ohio where February saw at least a few. There were three snow events and one prolonged rain event toward the end of the month where several inches of cold rain fell.
