November 2017

It seemed like an unusual November, but it probably wasn't in Southwest Ohio.  November started out warm with one rain event that dropped over 3.5 inches of rain.  There was a cool period in the middle of the month making it feel like late fall, and maybe winter, had arrived, but the month ended with a few days of unusually warm weather - although this was not record-setting temperature.

Weather Underground is discontinuing Weather Webcams in the middle of December, so Reily Weather Webcam is now disabled.  For at least a little while, the data will still be saved locally and movie-ized.

August 2017

August, 2017 in Reily, Ohio was fairly typical.  The month had considerable sun and lot of heat and humidity, especially in the first half of the month.  Most of the rain cam from a few big rain events.  The end of the month had some very cool days, as August often does.  These were dry with very cool mornings as a reminder that fall is only a few weeks away.
August also had a solar eclipse which was partial in Reily, Ohio at about 90%.  The dip in temperature associated with the moon eclipsing the sun can be seen in the weather station temperature data on Wunderground - click on the weather widget at the bottom and change the date to Ausut 21, 2017.  You can also see it in the graph below, but have to look a little harder.
