February in Reily, Ohio started out typical SW Ohio winter. Cold and lots of ice and mud. Temperatures fluctuated normally for February, with a couple really cold snaps. The month of February ended with three significant snow events. After a winter thus far without very much snow, these were significant; the only other heavy snow had been all the way back in November.
