February in Reily, Ohio started out by continuing the frigid temperatures that were prevalent over the winter. Temperature climbed through the month, with a few very warm spells. There was significant precipitation through February with measurable snow and quite a bit of rain toward the end of the month; some of that rain was extremely heavy. Precipitation caused significant flooding in nearby rivers.
