April started out cold with a significant rain storm in Southwest Ohio. Temperatures started off very cold, followed by a warm spell not atypical for April. But winter kept its icy grip for one final cold blast before the weather warmed more typical for spring. During the cold spells, there was one significant snow and several other threatened snow events which resulted in only flurries.
